Four representative members from four Divisions                       .. ........ Members  
Four Institute representatives from four Divisions.                                             
Other members are nominated by the Government.

There are two main associations.

• Commerce Educational Institutes Association of Karnataka,  Bangalore-03.(CEIAK)
• Shorthand Writers Association of Karnataka, Bangalore-560 009.

          All these above mentioned personnel will be present while taking decisions on major issues and policies

Major Objectives :

1. Establishment of Commerce Education Institutions.

2. To impart knowledge of Typewriting, Shorthand writing and other allied subjects of Commerce education to students.
